The Duquesne  Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Programs operated by Grant Associates, works closely with the County Assistance Office to provide employment and training services to clients receiving cash assistance (TANF) and/or Supplemental and Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP).
